Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Lead Coordination Minister for the Government's Response to the Royal Commission’s Report into Historical Abuse in State Care and in the Care of Faith-based Institutions: Does the Minister stand by her statement to the House on 13 May 2025 that: "We've got to remember that other countries who have been dealing with this are not in the same situation as we are. They have not had a system that has been running for 20 years like we have"; if so, why?
