27035 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What percentage of total road ambulance service costs will the Crown now fund following the Road Ambulance Services uplift ($34.996 million), and what was that percentage before the uplift?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that contracts and funding for 2026/27 is currently being negotiated. This information will not be available until negotiations have completed. I am further advised that in 2024/25, the total government funding represented 92.5% of the total expenditure for the road ambulance service.
