Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Does the Minister intend to reverse “…blanket speed limit reductions on many state highways and local roads, except approaching schools where there will be variable speed limits at appropriate times of the day”, as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Accelerate NZ’ document?, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
