Hon Erica Stanford: Redress agencies assess a claim and provide a payment according to the agency’s payment framework having regard to the type, severity and frequency of abuse suffered with higher settlement payments for more serious abuse. The common payments framework being developed will provide clear payment steps and definitions and ensure consistency across agencies.
