Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Does the Minister intend to “Implement variable speed limits on roads approaching schools during pick up and drop off times to keep young New Zealanders safe when they are arriving at or leaving school”, as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Accelerate NZ’ document, and if not, why not?
