26969 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: How many, if any, instances of non-compliance by Specialised School Transport Assistance providers is the Ministry of Education aware of from 1 January 2026 - 8 June 2026?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that between 1 January 2026 and 8 June 2026 there were two instances of non-compliance by Specialised School Transport Assistance providers across the 19 contracts it had in place during this period that resulted in contract breach notices.
