26968 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: How many, if any, instances of non-compliance by Specialised School Transport Assistance providers is the Ministry of Education aware of from 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025 there were three instances of contractual non-compliance by Specialised School Transport Assistance providers across the 18 contracts it had in place during this period that resulted in breach notices.
