26937 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: What cuts or reprioritised savings, if any, in the Votes the Minister has responsibility for, if any, in 2025/26 were the result of an underspend in 2024/25 year?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I am not an appropriation minister. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Vote Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet and the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. I refer the member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 27028 (2025) provided in my capacity as the Prime Minister.
