Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: How much funding will be carried over, if any, in each of the Vote’s that the Minister has responsibility, if any, for from the 2024/25 year into the 2025/26 year and what for what reason or reasons will these funds be carried over?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I am not an appropriation minister. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Vote Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet and the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. I refer the member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 26984 (2025) provided in my capacity as the Prime Minister.
