Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister responsible for the GCSB: How much funding will be carried over, if any, in each of the Vote’s that the Minister has responsibility, if any, for from the 2024/25 year into the 2025/26 year and what for what reason or reasons will these funds be carried over?

Hon Judith Collins: It is not in the public interest for me to provide the detail sought in this question. The GCSB appropriation contains both operating and capital funding and as a result there is likely to be volatility from year to year as capital projects start and finish.
