Ingrid Leary to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister intend to “..repeal woke KiwiSaver default investment rules that stop investment into any lawful sector…” as found on page 21 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if not, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am not responsible for a political party's manifesto. I intend to implement policies outlined in the speech from the Throne and the coalition agreements that are relevant to my portfolio.
