26719 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What is the operational status to date of the photon-counting CT scanner announced for Kenepuru Hospital, including whether it has begun scanning patients?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the new photon-counting CT scanner at Kenepuru Hospital became fully operational on 13 October 2025 and is is delivering an estimated 8 to 10 additional scans per day across outpatient, inpatient and ED services.
