Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: What initiatives, if any, have funding that will be carried over in each of the Vote’s that the Minister has responsibility for, if any, from the 2024/25 year into the 2025/26 year and what for what reason or reasons will these funds be carried over?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I am not an appropriation minister. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Vote Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet and the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
