Camilla Belich to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: What redundancy or restructuring costs, if any, have been incurred by any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, listed by organisation, the number of positions disestablished, and the total cost of redundancy payments, as at 5 June 2026?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the Member to the reply WPQ 56108 (2025) regarding the cost of redundancies. I am advised that, as at 5 June 2026, 57 positions had been disestablished at the Ministry for Pacific Peoples since 27 November 2023. These disestablishments arose from an earlier organisational change process. No restructuring has occurred at the Ministry in the 2024/25 or 2025/26 financial years.
