Hon Scott Simpson: Since 27 November 2023, ACC has not been required to identify or deliver baseline savings or staffing reductions. However, the Government’s 2025/26 Letter of Expectations states that ACC is to return to basics by restoring rehabilitation as its core purpose and ensure the Scheme’s long-term financial sustainability.
