26658 (2023). Hon Rino Tirikatene to the Minister of Corrections: Does the Minister intend to “fund tattoo removal for rehabilitated gang members in prison – whilst assigning that cost back to that prisoner if they replace those tattoos with other gang associated tattoos” as found on page 10 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if not, why not?
