26608 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Economic Growth: What is the total sum, if any, spent on wages for any contractors and consultants who have been previously employed in a different capacity at any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible, since 27 November 2023, as at 5 June 2026, broken down by month and organisation?

Hon Nicola Willis: With regard to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), I refer the member to my response for Written Parliamentary Question 49318 (2025) for the number of contractors previously employed by MBIE. Due to this staff count, I am withholding the total cost spent to protect the privacy of natural persons. With regard to New Zealand Growth Capital Partners, I am advised the answer is nil.
