26583 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What redundancy or restructuring costs, if any, have been incurred by any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, listed by organisation, the number of positions disestablished, and the total cost of redundancy payments, as at 5 June 2026?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand disestablished 128 roles in December 2023 due to organisational change. The total cost of redundancies associated with this change was approximately $3,015,257. In March 2025, 163 roles were disestablished, for which the total cost of redundancies was $2,671,615.
