Hon Chris Bishop: I am aware that the issues relating to this project are currently the subject of an active investigation by NZTA, which has not yet concluded. Given this, it would not be appropriate to comment on the specific matters raised at this time. However, my general expectation is that any disputed costs or invoice discrepancies are identified, investigated, and resolved appropriately by NZTA with its contractors, in line with its contractual and legal obligations.
