Hon Mark Mitchell: In my capacity as Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I did not take any papers to Cabinet Committee or Cabinet during the week of 27 November 2023, regarding meeting with Councils and communities to establish regional requirements for recovery from Cyclone Gabrielle and other recent major flooding events.
