Camilla Belich to the Minister for Infrastructure: Which agencies, departments, Crown entities, companies, or other organisations for which the Minister is responsible, if any, have been required to identify or deliver baseline savings or staffing reductions since 27 November 2023, and how much, if anything, has each delivered, broken down by organisation and year, as at 5 June 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: For the Treasury, I refer the Member to the answer to Written Question 26449 (2026). For my other agencies: National Infrastructure Funding and Financing: NIFFCo is subject to the Government’s April 2024 Enduring Letter of Expectations which expects the NIFFCo board to drive greater value from funds received, understand cost drivers and performance, and take a continuous improvement approach to activities. Crown Infrastructure Delivery: CID is implementing a cost recovery model for all new business to reduce reliance on direct central Crown funding. Infrastructure Commission: InfraCom budgeted for a 6.5% (or $903,000) baseline reduction in 2024/25 and 2% (or $260,000) baseline reduction in 2026/27.
