Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Infrastructure: Does the Minister intend to require the New Zealand Infrastructure Agency (once established) to "provide opportunities for institutional investors – including ACC, the NZ Super Fund, and KiwiSaver funds – to invest in long term infrastructure assets" as outlined in the National Party’s 'Infrastructure for the Future' document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have no Ministerial responsibility for National Party policy. My immediate priorities for Infrastructure are identified in the Cabinet-approved 100-day plan.
