Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Infrastructure: What actions, if any, does the Minister intend to take to require the New Zealand Infrastructure Agency (once established) to "provide opportunities for institutional investors – including ACC, the NZ Super Fund, and KiwiSaver funds – to invest in long term infrastructure assets" as outlined in the National Party’s 'Infrastructure for the Future' document?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have no Ministerial responsibility for National Party policy. I will first take advice on establishing the National Infrastructure Agency (in line with the 100-day plan.
