Hon Chris Bishop: Crown Law entered into three confidential settlements in FY 2025/26 at a total cost of $76,181.40 and one confidential settlement in FY 2024/25 at a cost of $18,717.69. There were no confidential settlements in FY 23/24 for the period since 27 November 2023. Since 27 November 2023 and as at 5 June 2026, one confidential settlement agreement has been entered into by the Parliamentary Counsel Office.
