Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Finance: In the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies for which savings have been identified resulting from the Government’s directive to reduce expenditure in the public service, if any, what are the total costs of staff redundancies, as at 30 May 2024?

Hon Nicola Willis: As at 30 May 2024 there have been no staff redundancies for Treasury. For the RBNZ, I refer the member to my answer to Written Question 24296 (2024).
