Hon Nicola Grigg: Regarding settlement agreements, I refer the Member to the response to written parliamentary question 26283 (2026). With respect to non-disclosure agreements, the Ministry for the Environment has not used non-disclosure agreements in the general employment context since 27 November 2023. The Environmental Protection Authority does not use non-disclosure agreements.
