26293 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Attorney-General: What user charges, if any, will be collected by the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, in 2025/26, and for each of these what is the total amount expected to be collected?

Hon Judith Collins: The Parliamentary Counsel will not collect user charges in 2025/26. Crown Law collects a user charge related to the appointment of King’s Counsel to offset the cost of administering this process. The estimated collection for 2025/26 is $16,000.
