Hon Nicola Grigg: I refer the Member to the attached table for the Ministry for the Environment. The Environmental Protection Authority has entered two settlement agreements since 27 November 2023: 2024: one confidential settlement agreement, with a settlement payment of $56,876.41 2026: one confidential settlement agreement, which will be disclosed in the 2025/26 annual report as required by section 152 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
