Hon Scott Simpson: ACC did not submit any initiatives or spending proposals for Budget 2026. It was not invited to make a bid, did not receive any rules or directives about Budget 2026 bids, and had no expenditure affected by Budget 2026 bid decisions. Cost pressures for the non-earners’ appropriation are funded through a forecast adjustment through the October Baseline Update (OBU) process.
