Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the Ministry for Ethnic Communities has entered into 6 confidential settlement agreements since 27 November 2023, made up as follows; • 2026 – 2 with a cost of $128,725.25 • 2025 – 1 with no cost • 2024 – 1 with a cost of $7,300 • 2023 – 2 with a cost of $40,166.67 This equates to a total cost of $176,191.92
