Cushla Tangaere-Manuel to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: Does the Minister intend to "establish a Cyclone and Flood Recovery Ombudsman to ensure those affected by Cyclone Gabrielle and other recent major flooding events have an impartial and independent voice to protect their interests" as outlined in the National Party’s 'Delivering Faster and Fairer Disaster Recovery' document, and if so, does the Minister expect to introduce legislation to implement this policy?
