Hon Louise Upston: For Disability Support Services, I refer the Member to reply number 26142 (2026) For the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha, the Ministry was established on 1 December 2024. Since that date, and as at 5 June 2026, the Ministry has entered into one confidential Record of Settlement under section 149 of the Employment Relations Act 2000. This occurred in 2024. The settlement did not include any additional non-contractual payments, including payments under section 123(1)(c)(i) of the Act. Given there was only one settlement, further details are not provided to protect confidentiality.
