Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand has entered into 18 financial settlements since 27 November 2023, as follows: 2023/24 - 3 settlements - total cost $142,000.00 2024/25 - 12 settlements - total cost $505,066.08 2025/26 - 3 settlements - total cost $75,509.41
