Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Investment: How many confidential settlement agreements, non-disclosure agreements or confidentiality clauses, if any, have been entered into with employees, former employees, contractors, or office holders by any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, total cost, and year, as at 5 June 2026?

Hon Nicola Willis: I have been advised by the Social Investment Agency that no employees, or former employers, contractors or consultants have signed non-disclosure agreements since 27 November 2023. However, staff who are required to access the Stats NZ Integrated Data Infrastructure, Budget sensitive information, and those who are involved in procurement processes for commissioning sign specific agreements relating to the information they need to view and work with as part of their role. In addition, all staff have a confidentiality of information clause in their employment agreement.
