Camilla Belich to the Minister for Energy: What is the total expenditure, actual or projected, if any, on staff redundancies across all agencies, departments, Crown entities, companies, or other organisations for which the Minister is responsible arising from Budget 2026 decisions, broken down by agency, as at 5 June 2026?

Hon Simeon Brown: EECA: Zero – there are no impacts on EECA staff through Budget 26. EA: The Electricity Authority has not budgeted for any redundancies arising from Budget 2026 decisions.
