26023 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Customs: How many financial settlements, if any, have been entered into with employees, former employees, contractors, or office holders by any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation, total cost, and year, as at 5 June 2026?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that Customs entered into 17 confidential settlement agreements during the period 27 November 2023 to 5 June 2026. Of those 17 settlements, 15 included financial payments, totalling $637,804.39 during this period. I refer the Member to the appendix attached, which provide a breakdown of the number and cost of settlements by calendar year. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Question 26029 (2026).
