Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Corrections reports information on the total costs of financial settlements as a result of personal grievances and proceedings with the Employment Relations Authority or Employment Court in a consistent manner each year through the Estimates select committee process. Corrections’ responses to the Estimates questionnaire for each financial year is publicly available on their website at: https://www.corrections.govt.nz/resources/strategic_reports/select_committees.
