26004 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Prime Minister: What new user charges, if any, were introduced by the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, in 2024/25, and for each of these what is the total amount expected to be collected?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I am the Vote Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet and the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that no user charges were collected by DPMC or NEMA in 2024/25.
