Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the following numbers of agreements were entered into with employees, former employees, contractors, or office holders since 27 November 2023, broken down by year. 2023 (from 27 November) • 3 agreements totalling $10,000 2024 • 53 agreements totalling $430,783.53 2025 • 13 agreements totalling $50,000 2026 (as at 5 June 2026) • 8 agreements totalling $15,000 I am further advised that this information includes only costs that were paid under section 123(1)(c) of the Employment Relations Act 2000.
