Hon Nicole McKee: The Ministry of Justice conducts ongoing modelling to understand judicial resource requirements and timeliness in the Family Court. This modelling draws on a range of inputs including application volumes and events required to resolve Family Court applications, including defended Care of Children Act 2004 applications.
