25868 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Māori Development: What new user charges, if any, will be introduced by the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, in 2025/26, and for each of these what is the total amount expected to be collected?

Hon Tama Potaka: Each year Te Puni Kōkiri is required to report on user charges including new user charges introduced and collected through Select Committee processes for Estimates and Annual Reviews. I am advised that Te Puni Kōkiri will prepare this information for the upcoming Māori Affairs Select Committee’s Estimates Review process and will be available publicly in due course on the Parliament website at the following link: https://www.parliament.nz/en/pb/sc/scl/maori-affairs/tab/report#filterformsearchtarget.
