Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Vote Foreign Affairs Budget Estimates were not reduced in Budget 2026. However, reductions of NZ$28.555 million per annum in 2027/28 and a further reduction of NZ$28.555 million in 2028/29 have been signalled and will be implemented in the Budget 2027 process if confirmed.
