25834 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What is the average build cost per square metre for new Kāinga Ora apartments delivered so far in 2025/26 and how many, if any, of those apartments were built to a standard design?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora advises me that it has not delivered any apartments so far in 2025/26.
