25827 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many technology modernisation projects, if any, have Kāinga Ora Board approval for implementation over the next three to four years and how much, if anything, has been budgeted to deliver all of those projects in total?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that it has one project in scope of the Member's question. Technology Modernisation is a single programme with a Cabinet approved business case value of $168 million, self-funded by Kāinga Ora.
