Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Has the Prime Minister's Office changed their policy on staff using personal email accounts to send, receive, or store official information since he learned of a document emailed by a Fonterra staff member to the private email account of his then Chief Policy Advisor?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: No. However, staff have received a reminder from Ministerial Services regarding the use of personal email channels.
