25765 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: Will the Solar on Schools programme support be available to Charter Schools; if so, how will this managed?

Hon Erica Stanford: There are currently no charter schools operating on Crown land, so the Solar on Schools programme does not apply to them at this time. The Ministry of Education retains ownership of assets installed through the programme.
