Rt Hon Winston Peters: Officials have engaged with foreign counterparts on the draft Regional Peace and Security Action Plan 2026-2030, including through New Zealand's participation in the Pacific Islands Forum Sub-Committee on Regional Security and its informal working group, for example at the meeting held on 24 March 2026.
