25727 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Associate Minister of Justice: What amount, if any, of funding committed from the Proceeds of Crime Fund since 1 July 2024 has subsequently been returned, or unspent, and in relation to which initiative/s?

Hon Nicole McKee: Since 1 July 2024, $2.116 million has been returned to the Proceeds of Crime Fund. This funding was returned by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in September 2025 after the approved initiative, the Information Sharing Project, was closed.
