25726 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Conservation: How many permanent staff, if any, will be employed within each of the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, during 2025/26 financial year?

Hon Tama Potaka: The Department of Conservation advises me that it expects to undertake restructures as outlined in my response to WPQ 24316 (2025). If implemented as proposed following consultation, implementing these reviews will reduce the number of permanent staff employed within the Department during the 2025/26 financial year.
