25715 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What happens to Health New Zealand's website content that is not migrated when a legacy website is decommissioned and is it retained in accordance with the Public Records Act 2005?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that copies of website content and associated data are retained before a website is decommissioned. Content may then be migrated, archived, or retired as appropriate under Health New Zealand's information management processes and in accordance with its obligations under the Public Records Act 2005.
